Shipping & Delivery 

Most deliveries are shipped the next business day for arrival within 3-4 days within mainland UK. Orders of greater than £100 in value will be shipped with FREE DELIVERY if ordering from within any part of the UK.

Please note that, for our purposes, the UK mainland does not include the following areas: Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and parts of Scotland and the Outer Hebrides falling under the following postcodes: IV,HS,KA27,KA28,KW,PA2,PA3,PA4,PA6,PA7,PH17,PH18,PH19,PH20,PH21,PH22,PH23,
PH24,PH25,PH26,PH3,PH4,PH5 and ZE.

We work in tandem with our courier companies to make sure that we are operating to the most efficient delivery schedule possible.

If you have a specific requirement as far as a delivery date and time is concerned, or if you are ordering a bespoke print from us, we recommend that you place your order well in advance so that in the unlikely event that a problem arises we will still be able to fulfil this in a timely fashion.

Returns & Replacements

For your peace of mind, if you are not satisfied with any canvas purchased from us, we offer have a 14 day returns policy.

For damaged in transit items, we require our customers to contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Once we receive this notification we will make the following arrangements; for canvas sizes XL and above, a courier will deliver a new canvas and collect the damaged canvas (normally on the same visit). For our ‘Medium’ and ‘Large’ sized canvases, customers should send the package back to us, using the return address on the package. Upon receipt of the package, the damaged is accessed and a replacement is printed.

For photos on canvas, the quality of the finished product is dependant on the quality of the image we are sent. Customers cannot return such items.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We insist that payment be made at the time of order, whether via our website or over the telephone, and no goods may be dispatched until we are in receipt of payment in full for them. 
Viewing Orders
The facility to view your orders, both previous and in process, exists once you have registered to hold an online account with us. The registration process itself is very simple and, upon completing this, you will be able to log in via the website to view your account dashboard. From this you will see a link 'My Orders' which will give you order summaries together with the facility to view detailed order summaries and re-order the same product(s).
Updating Account Information
In order to update your account information it is simply a matter of logging on through the link at the head of our website on the right-hand side. Once you have done so you will be taken to a dashboard area from where you will be able to update personal information, view orders and manage your reviews amongst other features.
